A few examples, Mr. Giordano obtained a $1,966,000.00 verdict in May 2005 for a window accident where the plaintiff suffered chronic inter-digit neuropathy. The City agreed to pay $1,200,000 million after trial to a bicyclist who fractured two vertebrae in an accident. In a Labor Law case, $500,000 was paid just prior to trial for laborer who suffered a crush injury to an arm, which required release surgery. We recently obtained a $750,000.00 settlement at trial for a herniated disc following a fall from a folding chair. Over $950,000.00 was recovered for a police assault where the plaintiff was hit over the head with handcuffs. Over a half million dollars recovered for property damage to a Chelsea townhouse due to negligent building construction of an adjacent building. $160,000.00 was obtained for a client who was falsely arrested and spent approximately a month in jail. We have also obtained substantial settlements in medical malpractice cases in obstetrics and surgery.

We have successfully litigated against Universal/Vivendi and other large corporate entities in the entertainment industry obtaining substantial settlements for our clients. Mr. Giordano has litigated in federal and state courts from New York to California in the area of copyright. We recently won over $700,000 in attorneys' fees for our client, an Illinois based music production company, that was sued by a famous recording artist for copyright infringement. Mr. Giordano also represents recording artists in their copyright infringement claims against record companies and other individuals.
